Kawasaki is in the news once again. The company is updating its entire bike portfolio for the 2025 model year (MY25) and this time it is the turn of the very popular Ninja 300 in India . Although there has been no major mechanical change, its new color options and launch at the old price has made the fans happy.
Kawasaki Ninja 300 2025: What’s New?
The biggest change in the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is regarding its looks. The company has refreshed it a bit with its two color options. Earlier, where these variants had red highlights, now they have been given a yellow touch. This has further increased the sporty appeal of the bike. The third color option – Candy Lime Green – has been kept as it was before. That is, those who were fans of this color will not get any shock of change.

Price same as before
Kawasaki has kept the price of its 2025 model Ninja 300 unchanged. The company has not increased it by even a rupee. You can still buy this bike at the old price of ₹ 3.43 lakh. The good thing is that there has been no reduction in this price – all the old features and equipment remain the same.
Old features but reliable performance
The 2025 Ninja 300 gets the same old setup – halogen headlights, halogen taillights, turn indicators and a semi-digital instrument cluster . The rear pillion grab rail still looks a bit oversized and outdated, which some people may not like.
Suspension duties are handled by conventional RSU telescopic forks that are non-adjustable. The tyre size is also the same – 110mm at the front and 140mm section tyre at the rear .
Engine and performance
There are no changes on the mechanical front. The bike is powered by the same 296cc parallel-twin, DOHC, 4-valve per cylinder liquid -cooled engine that produces 39 PS of max power at 11,000 RPM and 26.1 Nm of peak torque at 10,000 RPM . It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and slip and assist clutch .
Kawasaki’s identity in India – Ninja 300’s special role

Ninja 300 is not just a bike but an iconic model for Kawasaki. It became the first choice for those youth who wanted to upgrade from single cylinder and enter the multi-cylinder segment. Even though Z900 is the most demanded bike of the company, Ninja 300 gave Kawasaki an identity in India.
If you are among the sports bike lovers and are looking to buy your first multi-cylinder bike, then the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is a great option for you – with new looks, reliable performance and the same old price!
Now it remains to be seen whether this bike will be able to become a trend setter in its class again or not.
